1. Add desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Complete all necessary fields and payment information. (Make sure to include any special requirements for delivery).
3. On the day of delivery our driver will drop off the package at the delivery address, you will receive a notification once your order is delivered!
NOTE: If you live in a condo/apartment or are ordering for an office, when the driver has arrived they will contact you via the number provided and ask that you meet them at the front entrance of the building to receive the delivery.
Delivery charges will be automatically applied at checkout.
Lower mainland Delivery Rates
Free shipping on orders $150 and over.
Zone 1- -6 : $14.99
Squamish / Whistler : $14.99
Outside of the lower mainland: $25 base.

Province wide shipping
We will soon be delivering to the following places:
- Okanagan
- Hope/Chilliwack
- BC Interior
- Calgary
- Edmonton
We are currently taking pre orders for these areas. Select the desired location at checkout, you will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Delivery Schedule
Orders placed by 11:59pm on Thursday will be shipped on Monday (Between 4pm - 9pm).
Orders placed after 11:59pm on Thursday will be shipped with the following weeks deliveries.
Squamish + Whistler Deliveries are currently deliered on Thursdays

We have partnered with South Hall, as our current pick-up point.

Local pick-up is currently available 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday.
South Surrey Pick-up Point
We have partnered with a local Campbell Heights business to bring our high quality meals to the Surrey area!

Local Market Pick-Up
You can find the Market 49 team around the Lower Mainland throughout the year at your local farmers markets and events!
You can place an order ahead of time to pick up at the next event near you! Just place your order 2 days before and select "Local Market Pick-Up" and the date upon checkout. Be sure to include the name of the event/market in the notes.
